#4402 Australasian Gastro-Intestinal Trials Group (AGITG) STOPNET: A randomised study of cessation of somatostatin analogues after peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) in mid, hind-gut, and pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours

Introduction: After progressing on somatostatin analogues (SSA), patients with somatostatin receptor positive gastroenteropancreatic (GEP) NETs often receive PRRT. It is unclear whether current practice of continuing SSA after commencing PRRT is beneficial, especially in non-functioning NETs.

#3838 Subgroup analysis of ORR and PFS of the SEQTOR study (GETNE 1206) – Everolimus followed by Streptozotocin (STZ)-5FU upon progression or the reverse sequence, in advanced progressive panNETs

Introduction: Previous global results of ORR and PFS1 have been presented. The best treatment (Tx) sequence between STZ-5FU and everolimus (EVE) in patients (pts) with advanced and progressive panNETs is not yet well established.

#3687 Lutetium-177 DOTATATE PRRT versus PRRT plus chemotherapy in metastatic well differentiated FDG-avid GEP-NETs – Results from a prospective cohort

Introduction: Combination therapy with PRRT and Capecitabine-Temozolomide (CAPE-TMZ) has benefited patients with FDG avid well-differentiated GEP-NETs.
