18 F-DOPA PET/CT leading to diagnosis of micro pheochromocytoma

#4044

Introduction: Pheochromocytomas are rare neuroendocrine tumors arising from the chromaffin cells of the adrenal medulla. The recent revision in the WHO classification of Endocrine Tumors 2022 has replaced the historical term "nodular hyperplasia" with "micro pheochromocytoma," owing to the presence of similar molecular clonal changes as larger tumors.

Aim(s): Present a case report of micro pheochromocytoma.

Materials and methods: Case report.
