20-years-experience of metastatic G2 pNET in Chinese population: A single-center real-world study
#3143
Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (pNET) is the most common subset (31.5%) of GEP-NET in China.
Aim(s): To evaluate the impact of treatment on metastatic non-functional G2 pNET.
Materials and methods: 115 patients with metastatic non-functional G2 pNETs hospitalized in the Department of Medical Oncology, PUMCH, from 2001 to 2019 were analysed retrospectively. Removing all lesions was defined as radical surgery, and removing part of lesions was defined as palliative surgery. The primary endpoint was overall survival (OS), calculated from the date of diagnosis to the date of death. The statistical analysis was conducted by using R (version 3.6.3).
