A case series and literature review of DIPNECH

Introduction: DIPNECH is characterised by bilateral carcinoids ≤0.5cm, tumorlets <0.5cm and neuroendocrine cell hyperplasia. HRCT is pathognomonic showing bilateral pulmonary nodules, ground-glass opacities, mosaic attenuation and bronchial wall thickening. It may present incidentally or symptomatically.

Aim(s): To highlight variations in clinical presentation, longitudinal behaviour and uncertainty surrounding management and long term follow up of DIPNECH.

Materials and methods: 3 case reports of DIPNECH with review of literature.
