Introduction: Non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (NF-PNETs) are increasingly recognized with unique biology.

Aim(s): To assess characteristics and determinants of long-term survival for NF-PNETs.

Materials and methods: Two-hundred and four pts were analyzed retrospectively from Jan 1998 to Jun 2013.
