Clinical and pathological characterization of renal Neuroendocrine Tumor (rNET): A national retrospective study from the French Group of Endocrine Tumors (GTE)

Introduction: Renal neuroendocrine tumors (rNET) are extremely rare with limited available data in the literature. Their specific management is not clearly defined.
Aim(s): To assess the clinical, pathological and prognostic characteristics of patients treated in France for well-differentiated rNET.
Materials and methods: We collected clinical and pathological data of patients treated for histologically proven rNET in French tertiary referral hospitals between 1995 and 2019.
