Clinical impact of 68 GA DOTANOC PET CT and 18 F FDG PET CT in clinical management of WHO Grade 2 neuroendocrine tumors
#3378
Introduction: WHO well differentiated grade 2 NET is large subgroup with extensive tumor heterogeneity. Both FDG and DOTA PET CT are influential in the management of NET. We determine the clinical impact of dual tracer imaging in grade 2 NET.
Aim(s): To evaluate the clinical impact of dual tracer imaging in grade 2 NET patients.
Materials and methods: In this retrospective analysis, 101 patients grade 2 neuroendocrine who underwent dual PET (DOTATATE PET and FDG PET CT). They are divided into three groups as (3-5%), (6-10%) and (11-20%) according to the Mib index. Krenning’s and FDG scores were assigned and management decisions post-scan were documented. Impact evaluation of dual PET on management and Chi square method is utilized to assess the variation in Krenning’s and FDG score.
