Introduction: Most neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN) are sporadic. Early disease onset has been increasingly observed in NEN.
Aim(s): To assess clinical features and outcomes of sporadic NEN in young adults.
Materials and methods: Retrospective study (18 centres, 12 countries, ENETS WiN Group members) of patients aged 18-40 years (y) with sporadic NEN (except: appendiceal/gastric type 1) diagnosed 2010-2020.
