Comparison of [18F]AlF-NOTA-JR11 with [68Ga]DOTA-JR11 PET/MRI in models, mice, and neuroendocrine tumor patients

#3808

Introduction: Compared with [68]Ga, [18]F has the advantages of high production yield, shorter positron range, and favourable half-life allowing for centralized production and distribution to distant centers.

Aim(s): To compare [18F]AlF-NOTA-JR11 and [68Ga]DOTA-JR11 PET/MRI in models, mice and patients with NETs.

Materials and methods: The tumor bearing mice with difference positive rate of SSTR2 was established, and the imaging was performed at the same mice with [68Ga]DOTA-JR11 and [18F]AlF-NOTA-JR11 at 60min. Six patients with NETs were enrolled and [18F]AlF-NOTA-JR11 and [68Ga]DOTA-TATE PET/MRI were performed. A blinded consensus read was performed by two experienced readers to count tumor lesions and measure SUVmax.
