Introduction: T-LAK cell-originated protein kinase (TOPK) is highly expressed in pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (pNENs) with liver metastasis and is associated with a poor prognosis.

Authors: Chen Q, Yuan M, Meng M, Ren S, Li G,
Keywords: TOPK, Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasm, MAPK signalling pathway, Invasion and metastasis, HI-TOPK-032,
Introduction: Intestinal neuroendocrine tumours (INETs) are rare malignancies characterised by diverse clinical outcomes. In our previous research, high expression of IRS2 was associated with poor prognosis in gastric neuroendocrine tumours, but its role in intestinal neuroendocrine tumours remains unclear.
Conference:
Presenting Author:
Keywords: gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumour, IRS2, tumour progression,
Introduction: Two cases of mixed neuroendocrine tumour - gastric adenocarcinoma were found in patients with autoimmune atrophic gastritis. Both components expressed synaptophysin, initially suggesting a neuroendocrine tumour diagnosis. However, further examination confirmed the presence of gastric adenocarcinoma of fundic gland type.

Keywords: Mixed neuroendocrine tumour, autoimmune atrophic gastritis, gastric adenocarcinoma of fundic gland type,
Introduction: Immune checkpoint inhibition (ICI) has activity in Grade 3 (G3) neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) but predictive biomarkers of overall survival (OS) are currently lacking.
Conference:

Authors: Brar T, Sukrithan V, Le D, Xu M, Olowookere C,
Keywords: Neuroendocrine Neoplasm, Immunotherapy, Ipilimumab, Nivolumab, Immune checkpoint inhibitor, biomarker, genomic score,
Introduction: The incidence of patients with colorectal neuroendocrine neoplasms (CRNENs) is continuously increasing. Most patients have distant metastases when diagnosed. Liver metastasis (LM) is the most common type of distant metastasis, and the prognosis is poor once LM occurs. However, there is still a lack of effective models for predicting the risk and prognosis of LM in CRNENs.
