Complete remission of Necrolytic Migratory Erythema related to glucagonoma under octreotide therapy

Introduction: Glucagonomas are rare neuroendocrine tumors (NETs), generally diagnosed with locoregional involvement; it has heterogeneous survival with therapeutic approaches ranging from the use of somatostatin analogues, and cytoreductive surgery to PRRT.
Aim(s): We report a case that presented migratory necrolytic erythema with an exceptional response to octreotide.
Materials and methods: A retrospective review was made of the medical records.
