Correlation between clinicopathologic features and prognosis of 196 cases of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors

#3993

Introduction: Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms (pNENs) are a relatively rare type of neuroendocrine tumor. In this study, 196 patients with pNENs admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University were retrospectively evaluated and analyzed their clinical and pathological data, aiming to explore the prognostic factors of pNENs.

Aim(s): To investigate the clinicopathologic features and prognostic factors of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNENs).

Materials and methods: The clinicopathologic and follow-up data of 196 patients with pNENs hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2018 to June 2022 were collected. Using single factor analysis of χ2 test, using the binary Logistic regression analysis to evaluate the independent risk factors affecting prognosis.
