Aim(s): To determine in consecutive DNENs treated by radical surgery the recurrence-free survival (RFS), and define a risk score for recurrence

Materials and methods: Retrospective analysis of sporadic pancreatic (pNENs) or small bowel NENs (SbNENs) who had R0/R1 surgery (1993-2014) followed by ≥12 month-observation.
