Aim(s): We aim to find the relationship of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor with oestrogen hormone. We also aim to find the presence of PR immunohistochemical expression and its association with pancreatic net.

Materials and methods: A retrospective study was conducted in Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. Almost 60 patients were included in the study. Women were categorised into pre and post menopausal stage. Inclusion and exclusion criteria were made. All information regarding reproductive history, menstrual cycle, clinicopathological characteristics, functionality of tumor, staging, grading, socio and demographic details were obtained. PCR was used to determine the immunohistrochemisty of ER and oestrogen induced genes.
