Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) vary widely in clinical behaviour, complicating prognosis. Traditional models often struggle with accuracy due to the complexity of NETs. Artificial intelligence (AI) offers tools for enhanced prognostic precision by analysing complex datasets. This study explores an AI-driven approach to predict outcomes in NET patients at Cantonment General Hospital, Pakistan.

#4460 Digestive neuroendocrine tumours G1 and G2: Experience of the medical oncology department at the Oran University Hospital Establishment 1st November 1954

Introduction: The histological classification of neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) remains complex, and their grading is a major prognostic factor, essential for guiding appropriate management. Moreover, NETs raise unresolved histogenetic questions. The treatment of grade 1 (G1) NETs primarily relies on somatostatin analogues, while grade 2 (G2) NETs, being more heterogeneous, may require management that includes chemotherapy or targeted therapy.

#4218 Primary hepatic neuroendocrine tumor in a series of 8 cases

Introduction: Primary neuroendocrine (NET) tumors of the liver are extremely rare, accounting for 0.3% of all NETs; unlike metastatic neuroendocrine tumors, rarely cause carcinoid syndrome. Edmonson reported the first case in 1958. Since then, fewer than 150 cases have been reported in the literature. Before making the diagnosis of primary hepatic neuroendocrine tumor it is imperative to explore the patients, several radiological investigations can help to pinpoint the primary which is most often digestive.

Introduction: Primary neuroendocrine breast carcinomas are rare and little-known tumors. They account for only 2 % to 5 % of breast cancers. Diagnosis is based on neuroendocrine architecture associated with the expression of neuroendocrine markers.
