Introduction: EBRT is infrequently used to treat GEPNETS.
Aim(s): To systematically review the evidence for EBRT in this setting.
Materials and methods: Major databases and conference abstracts underwent dual independent review. Eligible studies included ≥ 5 patients treated with contemporary EBRT techniques for GEPNETs. The primary endpoint was local control.
