Grade ≥3 subacute haematological toxicity with 177Lu-DOTATATE PRRT – Results from LUMEN study
#4230
Introduction: Bone marrow toxicity during peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT), results from radiation damage to haematopoietic tissue. Prospective comprehensive data on subacute haematological toxicity are scarce.
Aim(s): To report on the grade ≥3 subacute haematological toxicity in patients with GEPNETs receiving 177Lu-DOTATATE.
Materials and methods: Prospective study of 37 consecutive GEPNET patients treated with 177Lu-DOTATATE. Rate and outcomes of haematotoxicity grade ≥3 (CTCAE v4.03) arising during treatment was reported. The duration of lymphopenia grade ≥3, was also calculated.
