#4230 Grade ≥3 subacute haematological toxicity with 177Lu-DOTATATE PRRT – Results from LUMEN study

Introduction: Bone marrow toxicity during peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT), results from radiation damage to haematopoietic tissue. Prospective comprehensive data on subacute haematological toxicity are scarce.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Mileva M

Authors: Mileva M, van Bogaert C, Ameye L, Flamen P, Karfis I,

Keywords: peptide receptor radionuclide therapy, GEP-NET, haematological toxicity,

#4097 Metabolic tumor volume (MTV) as a biomarker in patients with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEPNENs): A multicentre study

Introduction: 18F-FDG PET/CT avidity predicts for higher histological grade and worse prognosis in patients with NEN. However, there is less evidence regarding the role of FDG-avid tumor volume in predicting prognosis.

Keywords: prognostic biomarker, PET imaging, 18F-FDG, metabolic tumor volume,

#3681 18F-FDG PET/CT-avid discordant volume as a biomarker in patients with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms – A multicentre study

Introduction: Dual 18F-FDG and 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT is emerging as a powerful technique to predict tumor biology. Whilst the presence of discordant disease (FDG avid/DOTA non-avid) predicts poor prognosis, it remains unknown whether the volume of discordant disease is also a significant predictor.

Keywords: prognostic biomarker, PET imaging, 18F-FDG, 68Ga-DOTATATE, dual PET, discordance,

#3178 Dual 68Ga-DOTATATE and 18F-FDG PET/CT in patients with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms: A multicentre, validation study of the NETPET score in 239 patients

Introduction: PET/CT using 68Ga-labelled somatostatin analogues and 18F-FDG have both been used to image neuroendocrine tumors. Our previously published data proposed the NETPET score to characterise findings on dual PET.
