#4369 The predictive value of 68Ga-DOTANOC, 18F-DOPA, and 18F-FDG PET/CT in patients with paragangliomas

Introduction: Paragangliomas (PGLs) are rare neuroendocrine tumours with variable clinical outcomes. Early identification of prognostic markers is essential for effective disease management. PET/CT imaging with 68Ga-DOTANOC, 18F-DOPA, and 18F-FDG offers unique insights into tumour biology, respectively.

#4340 Predominant volumetric phenotype in dual PET and overall survival in NENs

Introduction: Dual 18F-FDG/68Ga-DOTATATE PET can predict NEN prognosis and guide treatment choice. However, research to date (such as the NEPTET score) has focused on the dual PET phenotype of single-point lesions rather than of the total disease volume.

#4324 The diagnostic and prognostic value of 68Ga-DOTANOC and 18F-FDG PET/CT for thymic carcinoids

Introduction: Thymic carcinoid (ThC) is an extremely rare type of neuroendocrine tumour. There is insufficient evidence to evaluate ThC using 68Ga-DOTANOC and 18F-FDG PET/CT.

#4098 A case of functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor with hypercalcemia as the main manifestation

Introduction: NEN is a type of rare neoplasm originated from peptidenergic neurons and neuroendocrine cells. Even for functional neuroendocrine tumors, the hormones secreted can be temporally and spatially heterogeneous. Hypercalcemia being a rare clinical manifestation of F-pNEN.

#4097 Metabolic tumor volume (MTV) as a biomarker in patients with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEPNENs): A multicentre study

Introduction: 18F-FDG PET/CT avidity predicts for higher histological grade and worse prognosis in patients with NEN. However, there is less evidence regarding the role of FDG-avid tumor volume in predicting prognosis.
