Introduction: Molecular profiling (MP) in neuroendocrine neoplasm (NEN) tumor tissue may be useful for precision medicine. Liquid biopsy (LB) is an alternative noninvasive strategy to perform MP.

Aim(s): To investigate the clinical applicability of NEN MP through LB.

Materials and methods: Monocentric retrospective study on 100 metastatic NEN pts underwent MP through LB (FoundationOne Liquid CDX), 1 LB/pts.
