Management and Outcomes of Duodenal Neuroendocrine Tumours

Introduction: Duodenal NENs (D-NENs) are increasing in incidence often incidentally identified at endoscopy. ENETS guidelines suggest endoscopic resection for duodenal NETs <1cm if not periampullary.

Aim(s): We have reviewed our data of patients presenting with duodenal NENs and review their management and outcomes.

Materials and methods: A retrospective review was performed of 30 patients with D-NENs referred to our institution between 2005 and 2019. Data was collected from medical records of these patients.
