Introduction: Poorly differentiated neuroendocrine carcinomas (NEC) of the pancreas are historically associated with poor prognosis. Contemporary data regarding their treatment and survival are scant.
Aim(s): To evaluate treatment and survival of pancreatic NEC.
Materials and methods: Retrospective analysis of 49 patients with NEC defined by the 2010 WHO classification observed between 1990 and 2011.
