Role of neoadjuvant PRRT in resectable/borderline resectable PanNETs: Clinical, pathological and genomic features

#3328

Introduction: The role of preoperative therapies to obtain cytoreduction, especially PRRT, is unclear.

Aim(s): Evaluation of clinical outcomes and genomic features in PanNETs treated preoperatively with PRRT.

Materials and methods: We included 25 patients with PanNETs defined resectable/borderline resectable at baseline with at least on the following features: Primary lesion with a diameter more than 4 cm, infiltration of adjacent organs, involvement of SMV/PV, involvement of regional lymph nodes and presence of resectable or potentially resectable liver metastasis. All patients underwent preoperative PRRT followed by radical or debulking surgery. Genomic data were available for 18 patients.
