Simultaneously diagnosis of neuroendocrine neoplasm of unknown primary and breast cancer

Introduction: NeuroEndocrine Neoplasms (NENs) are considered rare neoplasms and can be developed in all organs.

Aim(s): 83-year-old woman presented with diarrhea, weakness, fatigue and anorexia for one year.

Materials and methods: Clinical examination revealed blood in digital anal examination and reduction of respiratory wheezing on right lung. Laboratory tests showed abnormal values of CEA, CA-125, NSE and chromogranin A. Imaging tests showed enlarged mediastinal - axillary lymph nodes, hepatomegaly, ascites and enlarged mesenteric - paraortic lymph nodes.
