Small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of vagina - Rare, aggressive but curable?

Introduction: Small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (SCNC) is a highly proliferative disease. It commonly affects lung and only 2.5-5% are extrapulmonary. SCNC of vagina is very rare with only 32 published cases in English literature.
Aim(s): Report a case of SCNC of vagina, its treatment and follow-up.
