Introduction: The rarity and heterogeneity of neuroendocrine neoplasms (NENs) limit the ability to develop precise therapies and novel prognostic biomarkers, thus a better understanding of their underlying molecular characteristics is critical.

Aim(s): To acquire genomic and immune profiles of NENs.

Materials and methods: Next-generation sequencing (NGS) and immunohistochemistry were applied in NENs from fourty-seven patients.
