Introduction: Peptide-receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) has demonstrated its efficacy and safety in a number of clinical trials and has become widely used in the treatment of patients with neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN) expressing somatostatin receptors.

Introduction: MCC is a rare and aggressive skin neuroendocrine tumour with high metastatic potential and mortality. Therapeutic options in metastatic/unresectable MCC are based on immunotherapy or platinum-based chemotherapy. However, a subgroup of patients (pts) has primary immunoresistance disease, so it would be important discover active upfront combinations. PANDORA trial [NCT 06086288] is an open-label, multicentre, single-arm phase II trial evaluating the activity and safety of pembrolizumab (PEM) combined with platinum-based chemotherapy as 1st line treatment in pts with metastatic, unresectable or recurrence MCC. Introduction: RTL targeted somatostatin receptors is increasingly available. Individual dosimetry performed during RLT of NET may enable to achieve better results of therapy with maintaining its safety.

#4564 Vasculogenic mimicry in neuroendocrine tumour across different primary sites
Introduction: Anti-angiogenesis treatments targeting VEGFRs, including Surufatinib and Cabozantinib, etc. showed better efficacy for pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (NET) than NET of other primary sites. Recent clinical trial targeting tumour necrosis factor receptor-associated protein-1, leading to inhibition of vasculogenic mimicry (VM) showed contrary results to current VEGFRs-targeted treatments. However, VM of NET across different primary sites are yet to be understood.

Introduction: In the ZS001 clinical trial, we observed that NET patients with higher PD-L1 expression levels were more likely to benefit preferentially from immunotherapy.
