#4490 Parietal cell-selective Slc26a9 deletion in mice causes gasdermin D mediates mitochondrial damage and pyroptosis, which is the key event to induce autoimmune gastritis

Introduction: Autoimmune gastritis (AIG) is the basis of gastric malignancy, including neuroendocrine tumour (NET) and gastric cancer (GC). We reported that Slc26a9 is highly expressed in parietal cells (PCs), and its deficiency caused GC.

Introduction: Hepatic neuroendocrine tumours (PHNETs) are a rare type of liver tumour that originate from neuroendocrine cells in the liver. Compared to other types of liver tumours such as hepatocellular carcinoma, research on PHNETs is relatively scarce.

#4113 Establishment of a rat model of diarrhea induced by Surufatinib

Introduction: Surufatinib is a novel oral small-molecule TKI for the treatment of advanced neuroendocrine tumors. However, diarrhea is a common adverse event of surufatinib which can affects patients’ quality of life and clinical efficacy. Currently, there are no available animal models to study the cause and treatmen of surufatinib-related diarrhea.
