#4629 Identification of putative master regulators in pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours using gene expression data and network inference

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (pNETs) are a heterogenous group of pancreatic malignancies with a unique biology and pathophysiology. Tumour grade and extension are commonly used for prognostic determination. Current pathologic grading system needs regular updates to refine prognostic classification. Genomic screening may provide more objective classes and reflect tumour biology.

#3514 DLL3 expression and clinico-pathological data in 247 patients with NEN

Introduction: Delta-like protein 3 (DLL3) is currently under clinical investigation as a potential therapeutic target in small cell neuroendocrine lung cancer. Characterization of the levels and patterns of DLL3 expression in other neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN) is limited.

#1457 Small and Large Incidental Non-Hyperfunctiong Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors: Spectrum of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Features

Introduction: The improvement of imaging techniques significantly increased the detection of small incidental non-hyperfunctioning pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (NF-PanNENs). Most NF-PanNENs

#1330 Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms: Magnetic Resonance Imaging Features and Correlation with Their Histological Grade

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (PanNENs) have different biological behavior and prognosis according to their histological grade. At present, few data are available regarding the value of imaging techniques in predicting the grade of PanNENs.

#1093 38 Years of Experience in a Single Centre on Neuroendocrine Pancreatico-Duodenal Tumors in Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 1 Syndrome

Introduction: Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 1 (MEN1) syndrome has an autosomal dominant transmission. Combination of tumors: parathyroid, pituitary and pancreatico-duodenal (PD) NETs. PD NETs in MEN1 syndrome show propensity for malignant degeneration.
