#3368 Dose-limiting bone marrow toxicities after Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy are sexually dimorphic

Introduction: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) can cause dose-limiting toxicities (DLTs) of the bone marrow, liver, and kidneys. It is yet unknown whether women and men are equally at risk for these DLTs.

#3213 Hyponatremia and hypernatremia have an opposing effect on overall survival in neuroendocrine tumor patients treated with peptide receptor radionuclide therapy

Introduction: Hypo- and hypernatremia are common electrolyte abnormalities in patients with malignancy and have been independently associated with worse survival outcomes. To date, there is no data on the influence of dysnatremia on patients with neuroendocrine tumors (NET).

#2847 Surgical and Survival Outcomes of Early Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy for Downstaging Locally Advanced or Oligometastatic Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms

Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasm (pNEN) patients often present with locally advanced or metastatic disease. The objective response rate of peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) in pNENs is 55%. Therefore, PRRT may be a possibility for patients who are not eligible for upfront curative surgery.
