#3176 Tissue sample collection from patients with neuroendocrine tumor (NET) treated with peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) for future blood disease research

Introduction: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) is an effective treatment for patients with metastatic NET. However, the development of therapy-related myeloid neoplasms (t-MN) is an infrequent but serious complication. T-MN after PRRT occurs at higher frequency compared to other solid tumor chemotherapies and harbour unfavourable genetic mutations with poor treatment outcomes. Prospective data is needed to explore pre-existing genetic factors and predictive biomarkers to minimise t-MN risk.

#1817 Dosimetric Analyses of Patients with Metastatic Gastrointestinal Neuroendocrine Tumors Treated with PRCRT Using 177 Lu-DOTATATE with Capecitabine as Radiosensitizer

Introduction: Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy with 177Lu-DOTATATE is gaining acceptance as safe and effective therapy for inoperable neuroendocrine tumors (NET). A radiosensitizing chemotherapeutic drug -capecitabine, the prodrug of 5-Flourouracil, is included in the protocol to further enhance therapeutic efficacy.

#1391 Favourable responses in Patients with Bulky Neuroendocrine Tumours (NET) - A Personalised Approach Using 90Y-DOTA-Octreotate Sequenced with 177Lu-DOTA-Octreotate Induction Peptide Receptor Chemoradionuclide Therapy (PRCRT)

Introduction: Bulky disease from NET is an adverse prognostic factor for response to 177Lu-DOTA-octreotate (LuTate) PRCRT. 90Y-DOTA-octreotate (YTate) has more penetrating particulate emissions.
