#4180 Non-functional alpha-cell hyperplasia with glucagonoma: A case report
Introduction: Alpha-cell hyperplasia(ACH) is a rare pancreatic endocrine condition. Clinically, 3 types have been described: functional ACH (nonglucagonoma hyperglucagonemic glucagonoma syndrome), reactive ACH (secondary to defective glucagon signalling) and non-functional ACH. Few cases of ACH and non-functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET) have been reported and its aetiology remains poorly understood.

Introduction: The association of well-differentiated gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasia (WD GEP-NEN) with metabolic syndrome (MetS), abdominal obesity, and fasting glucose abnormalities was recently described. Although the role of the intrinsic clinical, pathological, and molecular factors on GEP-NEN prognosis has been extensively studied, the association of adverse outcomes with obesity and metabolic risk factors was not identified so far.

#851 Molecular Imaging of Somatostatin Receptors with 68Ga-DOTATOC-PET in Patients with Meningioma
Introduction: In vitro studies showed that meningioma cells may express somatostatin receptors (SSTRs), which bears the possibility of receptor-mediated radionuclide therapy in patients with meningioma.
