Introduction: Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumours (GEP-NETs) are tumours derived from neuroendocrine cells that can occur anywhere along the gastrointestinal tract and comprise a heterogeneous family of neoplasms with a wide and complex spectrum of clinical behaviour.

#4186 The effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the body composition of patients with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors using a somatostatin analogue

Introduction: The Covid-19 pandemic and its restrictions had a negative impact on the general population. Due to lockdowns, food intake increased and exercise decreased. This led to weight gain and changes in body composition. Hospitals reviewed patients (pts) remotely. The effect of the Covid-19 pandemic has not been described in pts with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs) treated with somatostatin analogue (SSA).

#3624 Clinical outcomes of everolimus (EVE) for patients with advanced rectal neuroendocrine tumors (ARNETs) – A single-institutional retrospective study

Introduction: RADIANT-4 has established EVE as one of the standard-of-care for advanced NET G1–2 of gastrointestinal or lung origin, with a trend of a poorer efficacy of EVE in ARNET (median progression-free survival [PFS] of EVE: 17.3 months in advanced midgut NETs vs 7.4 months in the ARNETs). Little is known about the clinical outcomes of EVE for ARNET G1–2 and G3 in the real-world setting.

#3515 PRESTO 2: An international patient survey to evaluate impact of injection and delivery system on local pain when administering somatostatin analogue (SSA) therapy
