Introduction: The Covid-19 pandemic and its restrictions had a negative impact on the general population. Due to lockdowns, food intake increased and exercise decreased. This led to weight gain and changes in body composition. Hospitals reviewed patients (pts) remotely. The effect of the Covid-19 pandemic has not been described in pts with gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs) treated with somatostatin analogue (SSA).

Introduction: The obesity paradox is a hypothesis showing patients (pts) with obesity have a prolonged overall survival compared to the ones with a normal weight. This paradox is present in multiple types of gastrointestinal cancer. In one population-based study from the USA, this paradox is also present in pts with GEP-NENs. However real-world data for the UK are lacking.

#3567 Metastatic mixed VIPoma/PPoma-induced diarrhoea causing renal failure
Introduction: Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNETs) are rare, but despite better prognosis than other pancreatic tumors, their presentation is often occult. VIPomas are a further subtype secreting vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP). Associated symptoms are particularly non-specific, with watery diarrhoea and electrolyte disturbance which mimics less sinister pathology. Consequently, this presentation is often overlooked resulting in tumor progression and delayed diagnosis, hindering effective management.

#3526 Neurofibromatosis type 1 in combination with Pheochromocytoma (clinical case)
Introduction: Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF-1) is a rare disease with characteristic pathological changes of the skin and nervous system, often in combination with abnormalities of other organs and systems. Endocrine neoplasms such as pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma, gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors, thyroid tumors, and adrenal tumors, can also be rarely associated with NF-1.
