#4662 A novel hormone based anti-SSTR anti-CD3 T-cell engager for the treatment of neuroendocrine tumours

Introduction: Somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2) is overexpressed in well-differentiated NETs.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Pelle E

Authors: Pelle E, Cives M, Chaoul N, d'Angelo G, Medina E,

Keywords: T-cell engager, immunotherapy, tumouroids,

#4569 Dramatic response to tarlatamab in a patient with metastatic primary small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the breast

Introduction: Primary small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the breast (SCNCB) is a rare malignancy with a poor prognosis. Tarlatamab, a DLL3-targeted bispecific T-cell engager, is FDA-approved for extensive-stage small cell lung carcinoma.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Patel D

Authors: Patel D, Alahmadi A, Maddocks K, Lampert B, Giglio P,

Keywords: tarlatamab, small cell neuroendocrine carcinoma of the breast,

#4065 DAREON™-7: A Phase I, open-label, dose escalation and expansion cohort trial of the delta-like ligand (DLL3)-targeting T-cell engager BI 764532, plus first-line platinum-based chemotherapy in patients with DLL3-positive neuroendocrine carcinomas

Introduction: Neuroendocrine carcinomas (NEC) have limited treatment options. DLL3 is highly expressed on NEC and is a promising treatment target. In an ongoing Phase I trial (NCT04429087), BI 764532, a DLL3/CD3 IgG-like T-cell engager (TcE), was tolerable with promising activity in pretreated pts with DLL3-positive (+) tumours, including NEC.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Capdevila J

Authors: Capdevila J, Vandamme T, Niccoli P, Mishima S, Kato K,

Keywords: neuroendocrine carcinoma, delta-like ligand, T-cell engager, Phase I,

#4019 Updated data from a phase I trial of the DLL3/CD3 IgG-like T-cell engager BI 764532 in patients (pts) with DLL3-positive (+) tumors: Focus on extrapulmonary neuroendocrine carcinomas (epNECs)

Introduction: DLL3 is expressed on several cancers including epNECs. BI 764532 is a DLL3/CD3 IgG-like T-cell engager. NCT04429087 is a Phase I trial of BI 764532 in pts with locally advanced/metastatic DLL3+ small-cell lung cancer, epNEC or large-cell neuroendocrine lung carcinoma. Here we focus on pts with epNEC.
