#4323 The value of 68Ga-Exendin-4 PET/CT for benign and metastatic insulinoma
Introduction: Insulinoma is the most common functional pancreatic neuroendocrine tumour which is difficult to locate by conventional imaging. 68Ga-exendin-4 PET/CT is a promising technique for detecting benign insulinomas but is not definite for metastatic insulinomas.

Introduction: Gastro-entero-pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP-NENs) are complicate with neuroendocrine hepatic metastasis (NELM) in approximately 60% of cases.
