#4665 Prognostic value of systemic inflammatory parameters in neuroendocrine tumour patients treated with peptide receptor radionuclide therapy – Preliminary results

Introduction: PRRT (177Lu-Dotatate) is a therapeutic option for advanced NETs (neuroendocrine tumours). Systemic inflammatory parameters, such as NLR, PLR, SII, and other ratios derived from complete blood counts, are considered prognostic markers in NETs and other malignancies.

#4581 Clinical efficacy and safety of treatments for pancreatic and extra-pancreatic neuroendocrine tumours following treatment failure or disease progression: A systematic literature review

Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) are a diverse group of rare malignancies with few effective targeted treatments, highlighting a need for novel therapies.

#4447 Efficacy and safety analysis of XELOX plus bevacizumab in the treatment of metastatic NETs

Introduction: For patients with advanced NETs, standardised treatment protocols based on guideline consensus form the foundation, yet individualised interpretation and flexible application of these guidelines are essential.

#4393 Surufatinib plus trans arterial embolisation (TAE) vs. surufatinib monotherapy in neuroendocrine tumour with liver metastasis: Updated results from the prospective, randomised, controlled trial

Introduction: The liver is the main metastasis site for NETs. Surufatinib (SUR), an oral TKI, is standard therapy for advanced NETs. TAE is the primary local intervention for unresectable hepatic NETs.

#4128 Validation of a 3-gene signature of response to axitinib in patients with advanced NETs

Introduction: Axitinib in combination with SSA significantly improved ORR and PFS per central blinded radiological assessment, as compared to placebo and SSA in 253 EP-NETs in the AXINET trial. The magnitude of the benefit, however, was limited. We recently described a 3-gene tumor transcriptomic signature predictive of response to axitinib in NET patients.
