#2990 Pitfalls in Glucagon-Like Peptide-1 Receptor Imaging

Introduction: Physiological pancreatico-duodenal DOTA-Exendin-4 uptake in the Brunner’s glands of the proximal duodenum occurs in Glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor (GLP-1R) imaging and is a known potential pitfall.

Conference: 17th Annual ENETSConcerence (2020)

Presenting Author: Antwi K

Keywords: insulinoma, GLP-1R imaging,

#2869 Sunitinib in Combination with Lanreotide for the Treatment of Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors

Introduction: A 33-year-old patient with pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor (NET) G2 revealed progression of the disease in the form of multiple metastases to the liver, lymph nodes of the hepatoduodenal ligament and retroperitoneal space 1.5 months after surgical treatment.

Conference: 17th Annual ENETSConcerence (2020)

#2798 Risk of Pre-Operative Understaging of Duodenal Neuroendocrine Tumors at Conventional Imaging: When Surgery Becomes the First Choice

Introduction: Duodenal neuroendocrine neoplasms (dNENs) are heterogeneous tumors that can exhibit aggressive behavior, with loco-regional nodes and distant metastases. Pre-treatment staging is the basis for planning either surgical or endoscopic treatment.

Conference: 17th Annual ENETSConcerence (2020)

Presenting Author: Rossi R

Keywords: dNEN, staging, endoscopic ultrasound,

#2760 Management and Outcomes of Duodenal Neuroendocrine Tumours

Introduction: Duodenal NENs (D-NENs) are increasing in incidence often incidentally identified at endoscopy. ENETS guidelines suggest endoscopic resection for duodenal NETs <1cm if not periampullary.
