#4332 Efficacy of SIRT radioembolisation of liver metastases of neuroendocrine tumours (NETs): A single institution experience

Introduction: Majority of NET patients develop liver metastases (NET-LM). Improved treatment of NET-LM may prolong survival. In case of liver-dominant metastatic disease, local radionuclide treatment using microspheres could be considered.

#3107 Predicting response after [166Ho]-radioembolization in patients with neuroendocrine tumor liver metastases using neutrophil-to-lymphocyte and thrombocyte-to-lymphocyte ratios

Introduction: Response after treatment with [166Ho]-radioembolization is difficult to predict in patients with NET. Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and thrombocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio (TLR) have been described as prognosticators for response.

Introduction: In patients with neuroendocrine tumor liver metastases, additional tumor reduction can be achieved by sequential treatment with [166Ho]-radioembolization after peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT).

Introduction: The liver is the most commonly affected organ in metastatic neuroendocrine disease and is the most incriminating factor for patient survival. Additional treatment of liver disease with radioembolization may improve outcome in NET patients with bulky residual liver disease after PRRT.
