Introduction: PET/MR combines the molecular advantages of PET with excellent morphologic and anatomic delineation of MRI.18F-AlF-NOTA-JR11, a novel SSTR antagonist with a high affinity for SSTR2, has the potential to perform better than SSTR agonists in neuroendocrine tumour imaging.

Introduction: Thymic carcinoid (ThC) is an extremely rare type of neuroendocrine tumour. There is insufficient evidence to evaluate ThC using 68Ga-DOTANOC and 18F-FDG PET/CT.

#3511 Predictive factors of adverse events onset in GEP-NET patients treated with LRT
Introduction: Since metastatic GEP-NET are low-growing neoplasms, characterised by stability followed by progression, multiple lines of treatment have to be adopted to control distant localisations and symptoms. In this scenario, there are no precise models to assess the occurrence of adverse events during LRT (Ligand Radiotherapy).

Introduction: Non-invasive tools to improve prognostication are warranted in patients with neuroendocrine neoplasms (NEN). Expression of urokinase plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR) is present in many cancer types and associated with a poor outcome, but largely unknown in NEN. uPAR-targeted radionuclide therapy has proven effective in preclinical models and uPAR may be a potential target in NEN patients.

Introduction: Response after treatment with [166Ho]-radioembolization is difficult to predict in patients with NET. Neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) and thrombocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio (TLR) have been described as prognosticators for response.
