#4662 A novel hormone based anti-SSTR anti-CD3 T-cell engager for the treatment of neuroendocrine tumours

Introduction: Somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2) is overexpressed in well-differentiated NETs.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Pelle E

Authors: Pelle E, Cives M, Chaoul N, d'Angelo G, Medina E,

Keywords: T-cell engager, immunotherapy, tumouroids,

#4655 A novel nonpeptide drug conjugate (NDC) for the treatment of somatostatin receptor 2-expressing tumours

Introduction: Somatostatin receptor 2 (SST2) is an established target for the treatment of NETs and potentially other solid tumours.

Conference:

Presenting Author:

Authors: Zhao J, Sturchler E, Yang B, Chen M, Tang Y,

Keywords: somatostatin, solid tumour, drug conjugate, internalisation, cytotoxicity,

#4631 Correlations between dosimetry and imaging in patients with neuroendocrine tumour treated with 177Lu-DOTATATE

Introduction: Tumour dose may be an important predictor of clinical response, but estimation of a clinically relevant tumour-absorbed dose without high risk of toxicity is challenging.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Gomez Sanchez D

Authors: Gomez Sanchez D, Ribelles M, Fernandez Iglesias A, Paruta Araez L, Mata E,

Keywords: dosimetry, 177Lu-DOTATATE,

#4535 Survival and toxicity outcomes of somatostatin analogues vs. other systemic therapies as first-line palliative treatment for patients with extrapulmonary G2 well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumours with a Ki-67 index between 10% and 20%

Introduction: In patients (pts) with an advanced well-differentiated (WD-NET) with a Ki-67>10% and ≤20% (“G2 high”), chemotherapy (ChT) or targeted therapies are the preferred first-line palliative options. Somatostatin analogues (SSAs) may offer an alternative, yet randomised evidence is lacking.

Conference:

Presenting Author:

Authors: Dawoodji A, Nuttall C, Eyong M, Farrell K, Barratt N,

Keywords: somatostatin analogue, SSA, non-SSA, Grade 2 well-differentiated neuroendocrine tumour, WD-NET,

#4494 Efficacy and safety of surufatinib in combination with CAPTEM for patients with advanced G2/G3 NETs: Updated results from a single-arm, phase II study

Introduction: Limited options exist for advanced G2/G3 NETs. While combined anti-angiogenic and chemotherapy has shown improved effect, the efficacy of surufatinib combined with CAPTEM for NETs remains under-explored.

Conference:

Presenting Author: Wang W

Authors: Wang W, Liu Z, Yang X, Xue Z, Wei C,

Keywords: g2/g3 net, surufatinib, captem,
