#3479 Mesenteric fibrosis in SI-NEN is characterized by strong dysregulation of CXCL9, IL6, COMP and COL6A6 genes

Introduction: Small intestine neuroendocrine neoplasms (SI-NENs) are characterized by the development of desmoplastic mesenteric fibrosis (MF) in up to 50 % of cases. This can cause intestinal obstruction and ischemia, which is a significant clinical problem.
