#4630 Radiolabelled somatostatin receptor (SSTR) antagonist vs. agonist for peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PPRT) in patients with SSTR positive neuroendocrine tumours – A retrospective basket study

Introduction: PRRT with lutetium-177 labelled somatostatin receptor (SSTR) agonists ([177Lu]Lu-DOTATATE or [177Lu]Lu-DOTATOC (177Lu-TOC) has limited response rate and durability. The SSTR antagonist [177Lu]Lu-DOTA-JR11 (177Lu-JR11) offers potentially increased tumour doses with better efficacy.

#4501 Efficacy and safety of surufatinib in unresectable or metastatic grade 3 neuroendocrine tumours (NET G3): A national multi-centre, retrospective study

Introduction: Currently, there are limited treatment options for NET G3 and therapeutics for NET G1/2 may be considered as alternatives.

#4475 Retreatment with [177Lu]Lu-DOTATATE in neuroendocrine tumours: Outcomes in progression-free survival and toxicity – Our experience

Introduction: Multiple systemic treatments exist for advanced or metastatic NETs, including somatostatin analogues, targeted agents, chemotherapy, and peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT). PRRT has shown maximum benefit for response rate, progression-free survival (PFS), and overall survival (OS) with favourable toxicity.

#4453 Multiple sporadic neuroendocrine tumours: A diagnostic challenge

Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumours (NETs) show substantial clinical and histological heterogeneity. The presence of multiple primary NETs represents a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge as clinicians have to differentiate between primary and metastatic NETs.

#4447 Efficacy and safety analysis of XELOX plus bevacizumab in the treatment of metastatic NETs

Introduction: For patients with advanced NETs, standardised treatment protocols based on guideline consensus form the foundation, yet individualised interpretation and flexible application of these guidelines are essential.
