Introduction: The FOLFOX regimen (combining 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin) has been widely used for treating various cancers, including NETs. However, the effectiveness of combining FOLFOX with antiangiogenic agents in NETs after progression on multiple therapies remains unclear.

Introduction: Gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NETs) are frequently diagnosed at advanced stage. For well-differentiated somatostatin receptor-positive (SSTR +) NETs, somatostatin analogues (SSAs) are the preferred first-line therapy. However, in patients (pts) with G2/G3 and a high tumor burden, SSA alone might not be enough.

#3606 FOLFOX in pancreatic G1 and G2 neuroendocrine tumors
Introduction: Aim of this study: The chemotherapy of metastatic pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (TNEm) of low grade (G1, G2 Ki-67< 20%) is based on old studies and relies on streptozocin, the tolerance of which is poor. We wanted to evaluate the efficacy of the combination 5 FU + oxaliplatin (FOLFOX) in patients with TNEp.

Introduction: Grade 3 (G3) gastroenteropancreatic (GEP) neuroendocrine carcinoma (NEC) are rare diseases with a poor prognosis. FOLFIRINEC is a multicenter comparative phase II study of mFOLFIRINOX vs platinum-etoposide (PE) as first line treatment for metastatic G3 NEC of GEP or unknown origin.
