A Head-to-Head Comparison between Two Software Packages for Hybrid Dosimetry after PRRT
#2996
Introduction: The number of dosimetry studies after PRRT is increasing, yet different methodologies are used which challenge comparison or pooling of results.
Aim(s): To perform a head-to-head comparison of post-PRRT dosimetry results from different methodologies using two commercial software packages.
Materials and methods: Hybrid Viewer Dosimetry module together with OLINDA/EXM v2.1 (Hermes Medical Solutions) and PLANET Dose (DOSIsoft) were used to perform dosimetry after the first PRRT cycle using four imaging time points. Multiple fitting methods for the time-activity curve were assessed and goodness of fit was evaluated using Spearman’s rank correlation. The intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) and bias calculated using Bland-Altman analysis were used to compare the dosimetric outcome of the software packages.
