Clinicopathological Features of the High Grade Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms
#2133
Introduction: The high grade pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (PanNENs) include well-differentiated tumors (WD-NETs) with elevated proliferation and poorly differentiated carcinomas (PD-NECs).
Aim(s): The aim of the study was to assess clinicopathological features and survival outcomes of PanNEN that are G3 by Ki67 index.
Materials and methods: The study included 130 resected PanNENs, which were reviewed for morphology and immunohistochemistry and graded according to the WHO 2017 criterions. 20 cases were selected as study high grade (G3) group. The results were correlated with clinicopathologic data, overall (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS).
