#3695

Introduction: The incidence of pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (pNENs) has been increasing year by year, and pancreatic steatosis has been paid more and more attention by clinicians.

Aim(s): Our study aims to reveal the correlation between pancreatic steatosis and clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of patients with pNENs.

Materials and methods: The clinicopathological data of patients with pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2013 to May 2022 were retrospectively analysed. Pearson Chi-square test, T-test, Mann Whitney U test, Univariate Cox regression and Multivariate Cox regression were used to explore the relationship between pancreatic steatosis and clinicopathological features of pNENs.
