Introduction: The most common side effect of radioligand therapy is renal damage, early or late. However, limited data exist for the long-term side effects and impact of additional risk factors on renal function in patients treated with PRRT.

Introduction: Majority of NET patients develop liver metastases (NET-LM). Improved treatment of NET-LM may prolong survival. In case of liver-dominant metastatic disease, local radionuclide treatment using microspheres could be considered.

Introduction: To date, there is no clear consensus on the optimal RLT regimen. In theory, simultaneous use of two radionuclides with different energy and radiation ranges should be more effective than monotherapy. Individually tailored dosimetry may improve the results of RLT while maintaining its safety.
