#4479 Bilateral adrenal masses associated with arterial hypertension with rare and unexpected definitive histopathological diagnosis: A case report

Introduction: During the clinical approach of bilateral adrenal masses, some imaging, biochemical and clinical guidelines are established to guide the diagnosis; however, only the histopathological result is what definitively establishes the diagnosis.

#4477 Stable tumoural response to stereotactic body radiotherapy in well-differentiated metastatic small intestine neuroendocrine tumour

Introduction: Over half of patients with Neuroendocrine tumours (NET) have unresectable or metastatic disease. SSA y PRRT are successful targeted therapy to symptoms relief and stabilise disease. Otherwise, there are emerging options of radiotherapy including hypofractionation or stereotactic body radiotherapy. The clinical evidence of radiotherapy in NEN is scarce, and there is limited published data.
