#4507 Biliary complications for metastatic patients with neuroendocrine tumours of the pancreatic head and their influence on survival: Is it necessary to change the current management?

Introduction: Neuroendocrine tumours of the pancreatic head (NETPH) can be associated with local complications. At the metastatic stage, surgery of the primary tumour (PT) is not a standard of care. But the biliary complications (BC) due to the untreated NETPH may complicate the management and deteriorate the prognosis.

#4421 Head-to-head comparison of 18F-AlF-NOTA-JR11 PET/MR and 68Ga-DOTATATE PET/CT in patients with neuroendocrine tumours: A prospective study

Introduction: PET/MR combines the molecular advantages of PET with excellent morphologic and anatomic delineation of MRI.18F-AlF-NOTA-JR11, a novel SSTR antagonist with a high affinity for SSTR2, has the potential to perform better than SSTR agonists in neuroendocrine tumour imaging.

#4311 Characterisation of patients diagnosed with metastatic head and neck paraganglioma treated at an oncology referral institution in Colombia

Introduction: Head and neck paragangliomas (HNPGL) are rare tumours. Multiple risk factors associated with the risk of metastasis have been described, although much of the available information corresponds to the group of Pheochromocytoma and Paragangliomas, not necessarily extrapolatable to metastatic HNPGLs.

#4309 Head-to-head comparison of 18F-AIF-NOTA-octreotide and 68Ga-DOTA-TATE PET/CT in patients with neuroendocrine neoplasms

Introduction: 18F-AIF-NOTA-octreotide (F-Oc) is a radiolabelled SSA emerging as a potential alternative to 68Ga-DOTATATE (Ga-DT) due to logistical advantages. Recent studies indicate that F-Oc has comparable diagnostic accuracy to Ga-DT in neuroendocrine neoplasm (NEN) and, in some cases, can identify a greater number of lesions.
